Payments

DDT Contracting Services, Inc. is happy to provide the following payment methods for our travel clients.

o   Processed using bank account information (bank routing and account number)

An email confirmation will be provided for each completed payment.  Payment activity can be viewed when you log in to your account at Dancin Doug Travel.

Cancellation

 

DDT’s cancellation policy includes a standard $100.00 fee that is applied to the total cost of the cancellation of the trip.

Once you acknowledge the cancellation terms and conditions, your trip will be cancelled.   Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment minus any penalties. 

If you cancel within 120 – 150 days, your penalty will be 100% of any payments made and you will owe DDT an administrative fee of $100.00.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Unfortunately, there are always situations and factors that may arise to cause you to cancel your trip. Dancin’ Doug Travel always recommends that you purchase Travel Insurance (even if it’s not through us) to safeguard your trip and secure your investment. Depending on the particular contract, there are usually fees and penalties involved with canceling. DDT will assess those fees/penalties according to the particular contract/trip that you are on when resolving your cancellation request.

DDT uses a Payment Schedule (“Layaway Plan”) to help facilitate the payments and expense of the trips. The DDT “Layaway” payment schedule(s) noted for each trip must be strictly followed in order to guarantee the package rates in effect when your deposit is made. Client agrees to be responsible for the layaway amount due at time of Cancellation. Failure to follow the established payment schedule may result in changes or increases to your package rate. Payment of deposit confirms your acceptance of this policy. All rates are effective today and subject to change until a deposit is received.

**THERE IS A STANDARD DDT ADMINISTRATIVE FEE OF $100 PER PERSON ADDED ONTO ALL HOTEL FEES AND CANCELLATIONS**

DDT Contracting Services, Inc, (DDT-CSI), DBA Dancin’ Doug Travel, Inc (DDT) Group, Dancin’ Doug’s Discount Travel, Incorporated, Dancin’ Doug LLC, DDT or Douglas J. Colón, hereafter referred to as “Tour Operator,” and its affiliated entities and its employees, shareholders, officers, directors, successors, agents, and assigns, neither own nor operate any person or entity which is to, or does, provide goods or services for these trips or tours. Because “Tour Operator” does not maintain any control over the personnel, equipment, or operations of these suppliers, “Tour Operator” assumes no responsibility for, and can not be held liable for any personal injury, death, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of (1) any wrongful, negligent, willful, or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any of the tour suppliers, or other employees or agents, (2) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment, instrument owned, operated or otherwise by any of these suppliers, or (3) any wrongful, willful, or negligent act or omissions on any part of any other party not under the supervision or control of the Operator.

DDT will not be responsible for any accidents involving bodily injury or death, property damage, charges of libel, slander, arrest, detention or imprisonment incurred while traveling during an event sponsored and/or booked by Dancin’ Doug Travel. By sending this form in, you agree to not hold Dancin’ Doug Travel (or any other DDT entity), responsible for any errors or omissions relating to this event. We strongly recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance during your travels. DDT offers travel insurance for all trips. We highly recommend that you purchase this coverage, even if not with us.
